Pitching for InTuneTo

Categories Uncategorized

Every Thursday we do Pitch Practices at The Iron Yard. The main reason behind it is to recieve feedback on our pitch deck and how we present it in order to improve before our Demo Day on August 13th.

Since about two weeks ago, I was told by a handful of people that I should pitch instead of my business partner. I am not the best public speaker, but I get the job done.

We decided to tag-team the pitch, I would do the first half which explained how we’re increasing retention rates and how we’ll be helping fitness facilities and Kevin would do the second half which went more into the how we’re making our money.

Overall the pitch went much better than I had expected and the feedback was fantastic. For the first time people understood what the problem was and how we were going to solve it. I was told that if I was to speak louder and slower that the pitch would be great. I was also told that I have great stage presence. For my first time pitching InTuneTo, I did great!
