We’re less than a week away from the Apple Watch preorders and I’m still not sure what model/version I want. I’ve been debating back and forth between the Sport and the regular Watch, as well as which band I want. For a while I had my mind set on the 42mm Watch with Blue Leather Loop, which runs for about $699. Zac Hall, writer for 9to5Mac, wrote an amazing article today mainly about Apple Watch 2 possibly being released later this year, and why (or why not)…Continue Reading “#TheWatchisComing”

Music streaming services have gotten a lot of attention lately after Jay Z gathered iconic artists to help promote his service. Tidal, which looks very similar to Spotify, was launched not too long ago. I signed up for the trial and it all comes down to it being just another music service. I’m a big Spotify and Beats Music user and I couldn’t see myself using another streaming service. Something that Tidal has that Spotify and Beats doesn’t is music videos, but YouTube and Vevo…Continue Reading “#TIDALforALL”

Yesterday on Twitter, I came across the following tweet. I started to think about what they had posted, and I couldn’t see why people expect things in return upon helping someone or doing a favor. My parents have always taught me to help people no matter what. They’ve set some examples and always help people as an act of kindness. Who knows, maybe we’ll need help and someone will be there to give us a hand. I’ve helped friends, family and even random strangers with…Continue Reading “Never Expect Something in Return”

Time flies. It’s already been about six months since I dropped out of college. I never expected my life to change (positively) that much within the past six months.  I’ve talked a lot about the reason behind me dropping out of college, and why I decided to join The Iron Yard, and thanks to that decision I’ve experienced things I would’ve never had done if I had stayed at The Art Institute.  Meeting my business partner at The Iron Yard has to be the main thing….Continue Reading “Graduation”

Two days ago, while at work, I was having a chat with some friends when an idea sparked; A ProductHunt-like website for smart watch accessories.  Technology is moving towards smart watches. During Apple’s keynote this past monday Tim Cook said, “This is the most personal device we’ve ever created. It’s not just with you, it’s on you.” I will personally buy custom bands for my Apple Watch once I get it, and what better way to find it than on WatchReserve.co Join Now!

I can’t live without music. Not hearing any sort of noise will make me go crazy. I listen to music no matter what I’m doing. Music streaming services such as Beats Music and Spotify have changed how we listen to our favorite tunes. In fact, they’ve changed so much that Radio stations have gone down in their ratings. Two of my favorite services are Beats Music and Spotify. I’ve been using Spotify since it launched back in 2011, and I love it. About a month ago, I…Continue Reading “Music Streaming Services”

Today was a great day for Apple fanatics like myself. Apple finally talked into depth about their Apple Watch at the Yerba Buena Center of Arts in San Francisco, California. Along with the Apple Watch, Apple also introduced a new MacBook as well as refreshed versions of the MacBook Air and Retina MacBook Pro. After hearing the prices, I ended up falling in love with the 42mm Stainless Steel Case with Bright Blue Leather Loop or the one with the Black Sport Band.   Now it’s time…Continue Reading “#SpringForward”

Today I met up with my business partners. They are into the health and fitness industry, and we are working on to changing it.   It honestly didn’t feel like work, but we are working on some commercials and ads that will be posted later. Here’s a sneak peek. Go like it on Facebook!

Thank You. As posted yesterday, AppleTimer has been featured on iDownloadBlog and a friend’s Spanish Tech blog. I honestly can’t say how happy I am about this. I never thought AppleTimer would go this far, it was just a silly project @NickPomes and I decided to do. Timothy joined a few weeks after it was posted and has helped us a lot with the JS part.  To thank all of you, we made a simple website to say thanks, and also embedded the code iDownloadBlog…Continue Reading “Thanks – AppleTimer Team”

Last night on Twitter, I had a short conversation with iDownloadBlog’s @SebastienPage about the Apple Watch when one of my followers tweeted us: @SebastienPage @EA_Roa Sebastian you should put Apple Timer on the side of @iDownloadBlog It would look dope AF — Thomas Braun (@tbraun1551) March 5, 2015 I later post an iframe/object of AppleTimer’s March event page and was shocked this morning to find that AppleTimer is featured on iDownloadBlog! CHECK IT OUUUUT!   Much thanks @SebastienPage!
